Are you a visionary clinical leader ready to make a statewide impact? We are seeking a dynamic Clinical Program Director of Adult Waiver Services in Georgia to lead operations, elevate Adult Services quality, and empower teams across the state.

The Clinical Program Director holds full oversight of Adult Waiver services throughout Georgia, including:
- Staff Leadership & Development – Inspire, mentor, and strengthen multidisciplinary teams
- Financial Oversight – Manage budgets, monitor performance, and ensure fiscal responsibility
- Operational Excellence – Oversee daily operations and statewide service delivery
- Compliance & Quality Assurance – Ensure strict adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Program Growth & Evaluation – Collect, analyze, and interpret data to enhance service delivery and outcomes
We’re looking for a confident, experienced leader who demonstrates:
- Active BCBA credential and licensure in the State of Georgia (required)
- Strong management and supervisory expertise in Adult Waiver Services
- Proven clinical leadership experience
- Deep knowledge of community-based services for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities
- Experience implementing and overseeing evidence-based practices
- Ability to interpret data for program development and performance improvement
- A leadership style centered on team development, accountability, and results

Must be a BCBA to qualify. This position is eligible to participate in the company’s annual short-term incentive plan.
Responsibilities
· Program Growth & Development
· Lead the expansion of Adult DD Waiver services in alignment with organizational goals and state regulations.
· Collaborate with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, streamline service delivery processes, and establish best practices.
· Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, referral sources, payors, and community partners to promote program awareness and sustainability.
· Clinical Leadership & Supervision
· Provide clinical oversight of Behavior Support Plans, assessments, and interventions for adults with developmental disabilities.
· Supervise, mentor, and evaluate Level 2 clinicians and new staff, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and fidelity to treatment protocols.
· Conduct both group and individual supervision meetings to promote clinical excellence and a collaborative learning culture.
· Staff Training & Development
· Deliver training for new hires, Level 2 clinician cohorts, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
· Support staff in developing competencies in adult DD waiver services, behavior management, and person-centered practices.
· Foster a culture of accountability, clinical excellence, and continuous improvement through mentoring and structured learning opportunities.
· Compliance & Quality Assurance
· Ensure all services comply with DD Waiver requirements, state/federal regulations, and BACB standards.
· Monitor clinical documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and clinical justification (e.g., Brellium platform).
· Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and data-driven decision-making to maintain compliance and optimize outcomes.
· Complete invoices for contractual level staff to ensure matching of therapeutic hours
· On-Going Therapeutic Practice
· Maintain an active clinical caseload of at least 100 hours per month to remain connected to direct service delivery and model best practices.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field (required).
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience serving adults with developmental disabilities, including DD Waiver programs.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience within behavioral health or developmental disability services strongly preferred.
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required).
- Strong knowledge of DD Waiver regulations, behavior support practices, and person-centered planning.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance clinical quality and operational growth.

- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with community partners, referral sources, and regulatory bodies.
