This is an <\/span>in\-person, school\-based BCBA role<\/span>, supporting students across K\u201312 school settings. You\u2019ll work directly with students, school teams, and families, supported by clear workflows, structured onboarding, and dedicated internal support.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span>

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans (BIPs)<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Provide direct and consultative behavior analysis services<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Train and support school staff on behavior strategies and implementation<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Complete documentation and progress reports<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Participate in IEP meetings and team collaboration<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Communicate with school staff, families, and stakeholders<\/span>
