BD Manager

Job Summary

The job holder will be responsible for building strong relationships with potential clients, and selling commercial deals and sponsorships across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities


  • Conduct industry and market researches and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Build strong relationships and develop strategic tactics with potential clients in the market and achieve the set sales target.
  • Bring new businesses through partnering with relevant companies to increase revenue and mobile app downloads and meet the set targets.
  • Adjust content of sales presentations by studying the type of lead and industry
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual reports.
  • Come up with solutions to overcome obstacles and ensure targets are met.
  • Track all clients and market opportunities and submit related reports.
  • Contribute to the refining of the evolution of the business by researching effective global business models.
  • Other related duties as assigned

Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or any other related field is required
  • Over 5 years of experience in the field of commercial sales to top brands in KSA, such as AlMarai, Arla, Safi, Nadek, J&J, P&G, Nestle, Unilever, STC, Mobily, etc.
  • Preferable work experience in brand-activation campaigns, media on-ground coverages, events…
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and GSuite applications.
  • Sales attitude with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills
  • Ability to build and cultivate strong relationships with external partners
  • Persistent and entrepreneurial approach
  • Self-motivated, proactive and highly energetic
