The Promontory Club is looking to fulfill a vacancy for a Food and Beverage Beach Club Steward (Dishwasher) – Full time Summer Seasonal.
The Beach Clubhouse is a colorful environment inspired by the classic beach ball that brings back childhood memories. Serving Caribbean inspired light lunch menu options, the Beach Club indoor/outdoor café is a casual dining experience.
The summer season will range from April through the end of September. This position will have the ability for top performers to continue their employment with Promontory after the summer season and become full time, permanent employees.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Always have a positive attitude, and be a team-oriented person.
- Washing, drying, stacking and organizing the dishes, pots, silverware and utensils.
- Emptying garbage throughout the shift.
- Sweeping and mopping the floors daily.
- Removing trash/boxes daily.
- Cleaning floor mats and floor drains.
- Keep the kitchen cleaned and orderly on a daily basis.
- Maintain all cleaning standards set forth by the Beach Club Kitchen Manager.
- Follow all directions given by the Beach Club Kitchen Manager.
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries and unsafe work practices to management; complete safety training and certifications.
- Other duties as assigned by the Beach Club Kitchen Manager.
