Job Description

• Provide facial treatments, skincare services and basic beauty treatments.
• Assess customers’ skin conditions and recommend suitable treatments or products.
• Perform eyebrow shaping, waxing, makeup and other non-medical beauty services.
• Explain treatment procedures, packages and aftercare instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, tools and equipment.
• Manage customer appointments and service records.
• Promote beauty products and treatment packages.
• Ensure good customer service and handle customer enquiries professionally.

Requirements

• Relevant beautician or beauty therapy experience preferred.
• Knowledge of facial treatments, skincare and beauty products.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Well-groomed, responsible and service-oriented.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
