BEAUTICIAN

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional facial and body treatments in accordance with established procedures and service standards within the allocated treatment time.
• Conduct skin assessments and recommend suitable treatments and skincare products based on customers’ individual needs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customers’ enquiries, concerns, and requests.
• Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and work areas are clean, hygienic, and properly maintained at all times.

Job Requirements:

• Possess relevant beauty qualifications such as ITEC, CIBTAC, BTEC, NITEC, or equivalent certifications.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude, proactive approach, and strong service orientation.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
