Beauty Advisor

1. Customer Experience & Beauty Consultation

  • Provide personalized beauty consultations across skincare, makeup, haircare, and fragrance categories.
  • Educate customers on product benefits, usage techniques, and application methods to enhance product confidence.
  • Build strong customer relationships to drive loyalty, retention, and repeat visits.
  • Deliver a luxury-level service experience aligned with brand standards.

2. Sales Performance & Product Knowledge

  • Achieve individual and store KPIs including sales targets, conversion rate, UPT (Units per Transaction), and ATV (Average Transaction Value).
  • Stay updated on new launches, hero SKUs, ingredients, shade ranges, and category trends.
  • Support in-store promotions, sampling programs, and campaign storytelling.
  • Proactively cross-sell and recommend complementary products to enhance the customer experience.

3. Store Presentation, Hygiene & Tester Management

  • Maintain high standards of product displays, tester hygiene, shelves, and gondolas in line with visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Ensure products are properly stocked, priced, tagged, and presented.
  • Support visual merchandising updates, layout refreshes, and seasonal changes.
  • Follow SOPs related to grooming, hygiene, and daily store checklists.

4. Operations, Inventory Support & Team Collaboration

  • Assist in stock replenishment, expiry checks (FIFO/FEFO), and shrinkage control.
  • Support inventory activities including stock counts, delivery checks, and stock movement coordination.
  • Share feedback on customer preferences, product performance, and category insights.
  • Assist in onboarding and guiding new team members on product knowledge and service standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or premium retail.
  • Strong product knowledge across beauty categories with a passion for consultation and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • High standards of grooming and presentation aligned with luxury retail environments.
  • Sales-driven mindset with the ability to achieve KPIs in a fast-paced setting.
  • Knowledge of makeup application, skincare routines, or fragrance layering is an advantage.
