Key Skills & Responsibilities

Customer Consultation & Service Excellence

  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills when conducting pre- and post-treatment consultations.
  • Assess customers' skincare concerns and recommend appropriate treatments and products based on their needs.

Facial Treatment & Technical Expertise

  • Perform facial treatments professionally and safely in accordance with established service standards and hygiene protocols.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of skincare products, treatment techniques, and beauty industry trends.

Sales & Customer Relationship Management

  • Apply consultative selling techniques to recommend suitable skincare products and treatment packages.
  • Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up care.

Administrative & Record Management

  • Maintain accurate customer records, treatment notes, and appointment schedules.
  • Handle front desk operations, customer enquiries, and appointment coordination efficiently.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and common areas are clean, hygienic, and well-organized.
  • Follow company policies, operational procedures, and workplace safety standards.

Teamwork & Adaptability

  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve service and sales targets.
  • Support centre operations and undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by Management.
