Key Skills & Responsibilities
Customer Consultation & Service Excellence
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills when conducting pre- and post-treatment consultations.
- Assess customers' skincare concerns and recommend appropriate treatments and products based on their needs.
Facial Treatment & Technical Expertise
- Perform facial treatments professionally and safely in accordance with established service standards and hygiene protocols.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of skincare products, treatment techniques, and beauty industry trends.
Sales & Customer Relationship Management
- Apply consultative selling techniques to recommend suitable skincare products and treatment packages.
- Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up care.
Administrative & Record Management
- Maintain accurate customer records, treatment notes, and appointment schedules.
- Handle front desk operations, customer enquiries, and appointment coordination efficiently.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and common areas are clean, hygienic, and well-organized.
- Follow company policies, operational procedures, and workplace safety standards.
Teamwork & Adaptability
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve service and sales targets.
- Support centre operations and undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by Management.
