💰 Salary Range: Basic $2,600 – $5,000 | Gross $4,000 – $8,000+

Key Responsibilities 主要职责
Consult & Advise: Provide one-on-one professional consultations and recommend beauty treatments per client needs
专业咨询：根据客户需求进行一对一护肤/疗程建议
Recommend Products & Treatments: Introduce new services and retail products to enhance client outcomes
产品／疗程推荐：向客户推荐新项目与产品，提升效果与满意度
Customer Engagement: Attend to walk-ins and inbound enquiries (phone/WhatsApp)
客户接待：处理到店顾客及来电/WhatsApp咨询
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-term client relationships (including VIPs)
维护客户：与客户（含 VIP）建立并保持良好联系
Sales Targets: Achieve individual sales and package-sale goals
销售目标：达成个人业绩及套餐销售指标
Shift Flexibility: Work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
轮班安排：能配合轮班制，包括周末和公共假期
What We’re Looking For 我们希望你具备
Minimum 3 years’ salon experience in beauty consulting or related role
至少 3 年美容院顾问或相关工作经验
Energetic & Positive: High energy, upbeat attitude, and a passion for service
活力与正能量：充满热情，积极主动，热爱服务行业
Sales-Driven: Proven track record hitting sales targets; motivated by incentives
业绩导向：有销售目标达成经验，渴望奖金激励
Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills (English & Mandarin a plus)
沟通能力：优秀人际交往与表达能力（中英文双语优先）
Client-Focused: Able to deliver VIP-level service with discretion

Team Player: Collaborative spirit and willingness to learn new techniques
