Key Duties:

• Promote, demonstrate, and recommend skincare and makeup products based on customer needs.
• Perform facial treatments and massage techniques according to individual skin conditions.
• Handle appointment scheduling, customer enquiries, and booking coordination.
• Ensure outlet cleanliness, treatment room hygiene, and proper visual merchandising standards.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in beauty retail and/ or facial treatment services.
• Strong customer service mindset with a pleasant and professional attitude.
