Beauty Sales Trainer

Job Summary
You will deliver training and product demonstrations to clients, drive sales through effective customer engagement, and support new product launches while building strong client relationships and collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to increase customer loyalty and foster long-term partnerships
- Identify and pursue business opportunities to grow market share and provide insights on industry trends and customer needs
- Organize and conduct training sessions, product demonstrations, seminars, and workshops to improve product knowledge and sales skills
- Deliver training on selling methodology, customer engagement, and product application techniques to enhance sales performance
- Close sales deals during demonstrations, events, and client visits to meet sales targets
- Support new product launches by planning and executing training and promotional activities
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align training programs with campaigns, promotions, and sales goals
- Develop training materials, manuals, and sales tools to maintain consistent standards across all sessions
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and sales impact, recommending improvements as needed
- Represent the company professionally as a brand ambassador at beauty events, exhibitions, and trade shows
- Provide ongoing coaching, refresher training, and performance support to underperforming sales staff or partners
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum GCE ’O’ Level qualification
- Possess relevant beauty certifications such as CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ITEC, NITEC, or equivalent qualifications
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in the aesthetics or beauty industry
- Prior experience as a Beauty Consultant, Therapist, or Trainer
- Proficiency in spoken Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally for training, seminars, and client events
- Strong passion for beauty, skincare, and sales with the ability to inspire and engage others
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Location: East, easily accessible from Downtown line-DT28 Kaki Bukit station
- Work schedule: 5 days work week
