Beauty Salon Operations Manager (Lash & Body Slimming)

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing customer acquisition strategies, overseeing daily operations, maintaining service excellence standards, and ensuring the achievement of business performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the beauty salon.
Develop and implement business development strategies to increase sales revenue and customer retention.
Conduct professional consultations and recommend suitable treatment programs and service packages to customers.
Drive sales performance and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives.
Manage customer relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Monitor appointment scheduling, service delivery standards, and operational efficiency.
Source, negotiate and coordinate with suppliers and service providers.
Manage inventory, stock control, procurement and cost management.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety, hygiene and operational requirements.
Analyse business performance and prepare operational reports and recommendations for business improvement.
Support recruitment, onboarding and training of future salon personnel as business operations expand.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in beauty salon, aesthetic, wellness, slimming centre or related beauty industry operations.
Experience in digital marketing, social media marketing and customer engagement initiatives.
Proven experience in salon operations management and business development.
Strong knowledge of eyelash extension services, body slimming treatments and beauty industry practices.
Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and customer acquisition.
Experience in beauty consultation, treatment package sales and customer relationship management.
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple operational functions in a growing business environment.
