Beauty Trainer

Responsibilities

  • Conduct training on various treatment technique; theoretical and practical
  • Conduct product knowledge training and treatment protocol
  • Develop in-house skills assessment checklist; evaluating all therapists periodically
  • Provide training to Sales Staff and Salon’s Beauticians such as customer service sales skill, operation flow, SOP, grooming etc.
  • To perform role-playing with staff to ensure service standard is met
  • Collaborating with marketing and retail operation team (to organise and conduct promotional and marketing activities such as Beauty workshops, seminars and product launches) support new product launches and events
  • To furnish the company with the latest marketing development and beauty information. Eg: competitors’ activities and marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with management team to monitor and evaluate on staff’s training needs.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks required

Requirements

  • Min 2 years of beauty training experience
  • Experienced conducting training for beauty industries
  • Must possess a professional certification in Beauty & Spa (CIDESCO/CIBTAC/ITEC)
  • Fluent in bilingual to liaise with client
  • To work independently – Team player with a positive attitude and pleasant disposition
  • Pro-active and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
