Behavioral Analyst
Special Information for Behavior Analyst position
- Must reside in North Carolina
- Provide functional behavior assessments for adults with developmental disabilities or traumatic injury that will include both direct and indirect assessment.
- Provide a behavior support plan for approved individuals to improve the quality of life for the person that includes the replacement of problem behavior(s) with appropriate alternatives that serve the same purpose.
- Implement/Train of behavior support plans to include written and verbal instruction, modeling, rehearsal, and trainer feedback.
- Monitoring progress of individuals should occur monthly.
- Fidelity checks of each individual every 3 months to observe the staff implementing the interventions of the behavior support plan.
- Updating the behavior support plan as needed and at a minimum yearly.
