Bell Attendant (Pre-Opening Hotel)

Our client is seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join the opening team of a new luxury hotel in Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a pre-opening journey and play an important role in creating exceptional guest experiences from the moment guests arrive until their departure.

As a Bell Attendant, you will assist guests with luggage, transportation arrangements and general enquiries while providing warm, professional and attentive service throughout their stay.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and departure, providing a warm and professional first impression.
  • Assist guests with luggage handling, storage and delivery in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Escort guests to their rooms and provide information on hotel facilities, services and room features.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests, enquiries and special arrangements.
  • Assist with transportation arrangements, taxi bookings and directions to local attractions.
  • Handle guest packages, mail, messages and deliveries accurately and efficiently.
  • Support Front Office and Concierge operations to ensure smooth daily guest services.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the lobby, entrance and guest service areas.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Security and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Promote hotel facilities, services and guest experiences where appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate records of luggage storage, deliveries and transportation requests.
  • Adhere to hotel policies, safety procedures and service standards at all times.


Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, concierge or guest-facing roles is preferred.
  • Positive, friendly and service-oriented attitude.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physically fit and able to lift and transport luggage safely.
  • Basic spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and local attractions is an advantage.
  • Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
