BI & Reporting Intern

Overview We are looking for a motivated BI & Reporting Intern with a data science background to support our automation and reporting agenda across European markets (Spain, Italy, and beyond). This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of business intelligence, automation, and advanced analytics, contributing to scalable solutions that enhance reporting efficiency and data-driven decision-making. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support ongoing Power BI and automation initiatives, and contribute to improving existing reporting processes through data science techniques and digital tools. Responsibilities Support the automation of reporting processes, helping replace manual workflows with scalable, data-driven solutions Collect, clean, and consolidate data from multiple internal and external sources Assist in building and enhancing Power BI dashboards and data models to improve visibility and usability of insights Qualifications Education Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in: Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or related field Technical Skills Basic knowledge of data analysis and statistical concepts Familiarity with at least one programming/query language Knowledge of Excel and Power BI or other visualization tools Understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, or databases is a strong advantage Analytical & Soft Skills Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset Ability to work with large datasets and identify patterns Good communication skills, able to translate data into insights for business users Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable in a dynamic, multi-market environment Nice-to-Have Skills Exposure to automation tools (Power Automate, VBA, Python scripting) Basic knowledge of machine learning concepts Experience with data visualization storytelling Spanish or Italian language is a plus (given market scope) For the purpose of ensuring informed and transparent negotiations, those who advance to the interview stage will be provided with information regarding the initial level of remuneration for the position.
