BICYCLE MECHANIC \ BIKE MECHANIC

Job Description:

• Maintain the company's brand image and monitor customer reviews and feedback on social media platforms.
• Assemble, maintain, service, and repair bicycles and bicycle components.
• Communicate with customers regarding their bicycles, including maintenance and repair requirements.
• Accurately record all maintenance and repair activities.
• Assist the retail team in serving and supporting customers.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the company's brands, products, and operational processes.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School qualification, GCE 'O' Level, Higher Secondary/Pre-U/ALevel, College Diploma, Professional Certificate, NITEC, or equivalent in anyfield.
• Previous experience in a professional workshop or knowledge of bicycle mechanics is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of the bicycle industry and a strong interest in bicycles are an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality.
• A good team player with a cheerful attitude.
• Able to follow instructions and accept constructive feedback.
• Able to work and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on approach to work and physically fit.
• Keen and willing to learn.
• Participate in weekly bike rides to build rapport and engage with customers.
• Willing to work long hours, especially on weekends.
• Able to work a 6-day work week on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Able to start work immediately is preferred.
