Job Description

  • Lead end‑to‑end bid and commercial activities for complex ICT and telecom tenders
  • Coordinate sales, solution, legal, finance and delivery stakeholders to meet RFP requirements
  • Identify and mitigate commercial, contractual and delivery risks across bids and contracts
  • Drive internal governance, approvals and compliance within tight tender timelines
  • Review and negotiate customer and third‑party agreements prior to execution
  • Strengthen contract structures to protect margin, scope and commercial positions
  • Support post‑award contract management and continuous improvement initiatives

The Successful Applicant

A successful Bid & Commercial Manager should have:

  • Over 7 years' experience drafting and negotiating complex customer and third‑party contracts
  • Minimum 5 years' experience managing large, multi‑party tender bids and back‑to‑back negotiations
  • Proven background within the telecommunications and ICT sectors
  • Degree qualification in Law, Contract Management, Business or a related discipline
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across senior leadership and operational teams
