Bid Management Executive

Bid Management Executive to drive winning proposals for technology-enabled projects. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, develop compelling bid content, and apply tech-savvy processes and tools to improve win rates. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end bid lifecycle from qualification to submission.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, technical, finance, legal) for timely inputs.
  • Create and edit persuasive proposal content, executive summaries, and compliance matrices.
  • Translate technical requirements into clear, client-focused value propositions.
  • Maintain bid schedules, track milestones, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Use proposal tools, templates, and content libraries to improve efficiency.
  • Prepare pricing inputs, risk registers, and win/loss analyses with stakeholders.
  • Ensure proposals meet RFP requirements, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Lead post-submission activities: clarifications, presentations, and negotiation support.
  • Capture lessons learned and continuously improve bid processes and templates.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong familiarity with technology solutions and technical proposal content.
  • Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.
  • Proven experience in bid or proposal management preferred.
  • Highly organised with strong project coordination skills.
  • Comfortable working to tight deadlines and managing multiple bids.
  • Proficient with MS Office, proposal tools, and collaboration platforms.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to engage technical and commercial stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Background in IT/tech sales, solutions architecture, or project delivery.
  • Experience with government or regulated-sector bids.
