Bid Manager
Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>
1. Manage the entire bid process, from identification of\nopportunities to submission and post\-bid analysis, ideally with experience\nwithin a technical industry.
<\/p>
2. Develop compelling, compliant, and visually engaging bid\ncontent, including technical explanations, case studies, and executive\nsummaries.
<\/p>
3. Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and adhere\nto bid regulations and quality standards.
<\/p>
4. Develop and maintain a bid library with up\-to\-date\ncompany credentials, project references, and templates.
<\/p>
5. Develop winning bid strategies, articulate value\npropositions, and differentiate offerings in competitive markets
<\/p>
6. Coordinate input from subject matter experts (including\ninsurance, legal, finance, architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, and\nconsultants) to gather necessary information and inputs for bids.

Requirements<\/h3>Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Management, Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing ) required<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>Experience in the construction, engineering, or property development sectors is highly beneficial, indicating an understanding of industry\-specific requirements and terminology.
<\/p><\/li>
Must possess ability in Strategic Thinking, Project Coordination, Bid Library Management, Risk Management, Presentation Skills
<\/p><\/li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
<\/p><\/li>
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
<\/p><\/li>
Experience in Bid/Tendering Software (e.g., CCS/Candy , WinQS , HKC , SAP , Ariba , Pastel Accounting , CRM systems like PeopleSoft , Maximiser , WordPress , Mailchimp ).

Experience in Design Software like Adobe InDesign, Adobe Elements, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and Canva
