Tender Management &\nCoordination<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

  • Identify,\n track, and evaluate tender opportunities from various sources including\n NNPC, IOCs, NOCs, and other industry clients.<\/span>

  • Manage\n the complete tender lifecycle from pre\-qualification to final submission.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Develop\n and maintain a tender calendar with critical milestones and submission\n deadlines.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Conduct\n go/no\-go analysis for tender opportunities based on strategic fit,\n profitability potential, and resource availability.<\/span>

  • Coordinate\n pre\-bid meetings and site visits with clients and stakeholders.<\/span>

    Bid Preparation &\nDocumentation<\/span><\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Lead\n the preparation of comprehensive bid documents including technical\n proposals, commercial offers, and supporting documentation.<\/span>

    • Collaborate\n with technical, operations, HSE, and finance teams to gather accurate\n information for bid compilation.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Develop\n compelling executive summaries and cover letters that highlight company\n strengths and differentiators.<\/span>

    • Ensure\n all tender documentation is complete, accurate, and professionally\n presented.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Prepare\n pricing strategies and commercial proposals in collaboration with finance\n and senior management.<\/span>

      Compliance & Quality\nAssurance<\/span><\/b>

      • Ensure\n all bids comply with Nigerian Content Development Act requirements and\n local content regulations.<\/span>

      • Verify\n compliance with client specifications, industry standards (API, ISO,\n etc.), and regulatory requirements.<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Conduct\n thorough reviews of tender documents to ensure accuracy and completeness\n before submission.<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Maintain\n quality control processes to minimize errors and non\-compliance risks.<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Ensure\n proper documentation of certifications, licenses, and company credentials.<\/span>

        • Conduct\n market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform bidding strategies.<\/span>

        • Analyze\n tender requirements and identify potential risks, challenges, and\n opportunities.<\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Research\n client backgrounds, project histories, and evaluation criteria.<\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Benchmark\n pricing against market rates and competitor offerings.<\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Identify\n value\-added services and innovative solutions to enhance bid\n competitiveness.<\/span>

          Stakeholder Engagement<\/span><\/b>

          • Liaise\n with clients to clarify tender requirements and address queries.<\/span>

          • Coordinate\n with subcontractors and vendors for technical input and pricing.<\/span>

          • Facilitate\n internal bid review meetings and presentation sessions.<\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Manage\n relationships with relevant government agencies regarding tender\-related\n matters.<\/span>

            Database & Records\nManagement<\/span><\/b>

            • Maintain\n a comprehensive database of tender opportunities, submissions, and\n outcomes.<\/span>

            • Develop\n and update a library of standard tender responses, company credentials,\n and technical documentation.<\/span>
              <\/li>
            • Ensure\n proper filing and archiving of all tender\-related documents.<\/span>
              <\/li>
            • Track\n and manage tender bonds, bid securities, and insurance requirements.<\/span>

              Requirements<\/h3>

              Education<\/span><\/b>
              <\/p>

              • Bachelor\u2019s\n degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical, or related\n discipline), Project Management, or related field.<\/span>
                <\/li>
              • Master\u2019s\n degree in Engineering or Project Management is an advantage.<\/span>
                <\/li>
              • Professional\n certifications in Tendering or Project Management are highly desirable.<\/span>
                <\/li><\/ul>

                Experience<\/span><\/b>
                <\/p>

                • 4\u20137\n years of progressive experience in bids, tendering, or business\n development within the oil and gas industry, with at least 3 years working\n with Oil & Gas servicing companies in Nigeria.<\/span>
                  <\/li>
                • Proven\n track record in winning competitive tenders with IOCs, NOCs, and\n indigenous companies<\/span>
                  <\/li>
                • Experience\n with upstream, midstream, or downstream oil & gas projects.<\/span>
                  <\/li>
                • Experience\n with open tendering, restricted tendering, and framework agreements.<\/span>
                  <\/li>
                • Prior\n engagement with major clients such as NNPC, Shell, Chevron, TotalEnergies,\n ExxonMobil, or other IOCs/NOCs operating in Nigeria.<\/span>
                  <\/li><\/ul>

                  Knowledge & Proficiency<\/span><\/b>
                  <\/p>

                  • Strong\n understanding of oil and gas operations, services, equipment, industry\n standards, and HSE requirements.<\/span>
                    <\/li>
                  • Knowledge\n of Nigerian Content Development Act, NOGICD Act, DPR regulations, and NNPC\n procurement procedures.<\/span>
                    <\/li>
                  • Commercial\n knowledge including pricing strategies, contract types, financial\n analysis, and risk assessment.<\/span>
                    <\/li>
                  • Proficiency\n in Microsoft Office Suite, tender management systems, document management\n systems, MS Project/Primavera, and Adobe Acrobat.<\/span>
