Bilingual Account Executive

The Opportunity:

We are committed to your success. We supplement you with warm leads in addition to your self-generated sales opportunities. We set you up with referral partners who will introduce you to customers that need personal lines insurance products, including home, auto, and umbrella insurance. We also have commercial and life insurance experts who are responsible for supporting the growth of your book of business, customer retention, and income through the sale of their products to your qualified customers.

Requirements

Minimum of four years of licensed insurance experience

Active Property and Casualty Insurance License
Successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business
Serve as a subject matter expert on personal lines insurance, our carriers, and the states within your territory
Proficient with technology with prior Salesforce and EZLynx experience a plus
Partner with Sales Leaders and Sales Trainers to develop an effective way to sell more policies
Ability to effectively function at a high level in a virtual work environment
Fluent in Spanish & English
