POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Bilingual Contact Center Agent, you will provide exceptional customer support to English and Spanish-speaking customers through inbound and outbound phone calls. You will deliver accurate solutions, build positive customer relationships, and ensure every interaction reflects Oportun's commitment to outstanding service.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism.
Assist customers by answering questions and resolving account-related inquiries.
Identify customer needs and provide accurate solutions while following company policies and procedures.
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions.
Meet quality, compliance, and productivity goals.
Represent Oportun's values in every customer interaction.
WHAT WE´RE LOOKING FOR
Must be at least 18 years old.
Fluent in English and Spanish
Previous experience in Call Center, Sales, or Collections is preferred.
Intermediate computer skills.
Comfortable navigating multiple systems and web-based applications.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Minimum education: Middle School
Must currently reside in León, Guanajuato
Available to work full-time, including rotating shifts and weekends.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
