Bilingual (FR/EN) Customer Service Support| Healthcare | Work-At-Home

  • Provide customer service support to the providers via phone and email
  • Provide accurate reporting data in compliance with industry standard
  • Be point of contact for the event vendor management process includes activating and adding new vendors
  • Accurate issuance of payments to vendors and others
  • Generating pre and post event reporting
  • Must be comfortable assisting providers and staff by training them on event management details and event related responsibilities
  • Fluency in French AND English
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proven written/communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Self-Driven, strong multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work individually and with a team
  • Prior experience in healthcare setting ( preferred)
  • Prior project /event planning experience (plus)
  • SME/Floor support experience (plus)
