About the Role

The Bilingual HR Business Partner serves as the on-site HR presence at the plant, embedded in daily operations while remaining firmly connected to the People Operations team at HQ. This role brings independent judgment and proactive problem-solving to the full employee lifecycle and is trusted to operate with autonomy in executing the work.

The ideal candidate is a confident, credible HR professional who can partner closely with plant leadership, serve as a thought partner to the Plant Director, and bring value to both the site and the broader organization while remaining aligned with the People Operations team. This role is best suited for someone who is comfortable being the only HR person in the building and thrives in an autonomous environment without feeling isolated.

While you'll have ownership over day-to-day priorities and be expected to bring your perspective to the table, you'll also understand that consistency across the organization matters. Changes to programs, policies, and practices are developed collaboratively and approved through the People Operations team before implementation.

This role reports to the Director of People Operations. All performance management, goal setting, and career development are owned by the Director of People Operations. The Plant Director serves as a key stakeholder and day-to-day operational partner but is not the manager of this position.
