You'll be the go\-to person for HR support, keeping our processes organized, our team informed, and our workplace culture healthy. If you're detail\-oriented, approachable, and know your way around HR best practices, this role is for you. Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish is required.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Core Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> Talent Acquisition & Onboarding<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> Support end\-to\-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, and coordinating interviews<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition into the team<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Maintain an organized pipeline of candidates and keep all parties updated throughout the hiring process<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Employee Relations & HR Support<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries on HR policies, benefits, and procedures<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Assist in resolving employee concerns and promote a positive, inclusive work environment<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Monitor employee satisfaction and support initiatives that strengthen workplace culture and retention<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> HR Administration & Compliance<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HR databases and systems<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal company policies<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Prepare and manage HR documentation, including contracts, memos, and performance evaluations<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Performance & Development<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> Coordinate performance review processes and support employee development initiatives<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Track training programs and help identify learning and growth needs across the team<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
