About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and experienced Front Office, Intake & Specialist with credentialing experience to serve as the welcoming face of our clinic while supporting critical administrative functions behind the scenes.

This role will support both our Albuquerque and upcoming Rio Rancho locations. Flexibility to work between locations is required. This position
is a blend of front office operations and administrative expertise, requiring prior experience in intake and credentialing. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth client experience while helping maintain compliance and efficient onboarding processes.

What You’ll Do

Front Office Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in clients, creating a warm and welcoming environment
  • Manage front desk operations and daily office flow
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to inquiries
  • Support end-of-day responsibilities, including closing the office

Intake Coordination

  • Manage new client referrals and onboarding process
  • Communicate with families to gather required documentation
  • Verify eligibility and ensure timely access to services
  • Coordinate with clinical teams to assign services

Support Credentialing & Compliance When needed

  • Maintain and track provider credentialing and re-credentialing
  • Ensure compliance with payer and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare and submit credentialing applications
  • Monitor expiration dates and maintain accurate records

Schedule

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday (with occasional Saturdays as needed)
  • Must have evening availability up to 7:15 PM (this role may be responsible for closing the office)
  • In office role with required front desk coverage; not a remote position.

Minimum Requirements

  • 1–2 years of front office, intake, and credentialing experience (healthcare or behavioral health)
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
  • Reliable transportation

Qualifications

  • Experience in behavioral health or medical settings (Required)
  • Familiarity with insurance verification and payer requirements
  • Spanish-speaking is a plus



Pay

  • $22 to $26 an hour based on experience
