Job description

Qualifications & experience

  • Minimum O Level qualification or equivalent.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

  • Able to understand and communicate well in both English & Mandarin (to handle queries and concerns from English and Mandarin speaking counterparts team in China and other region)

  • Candidate with Data Entry experience will have added advantage.

  • Strong communication, organizational and time-management skills.

  • Strong attention to details

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Generate and process invoices for freight forwarding services accurately and timely.

  • Cross-check invoices with shipment records and quotation to ensure accuracy and completeness of billing information.

  • Identify and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with the operations and finance teams.

  • Communicate with customers to clarify and resolve any billing issues or disputes.

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date billing records and documentation.

  • Assist in the preparation of billing reports for customers
