Qualifications & experience
Minimum O Level qualification or equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Able to understand and communicate well in both English & Mandarin (to handle queries and concerns from English and Mandarin speaking counterparts team in China and other region)
Candidate with Data Entry experience will have added advantage.
Strong communication, organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to details
Tasks & responsibilities
Generate and process invoices for freight forwarding services accurately and timely.
Cross-check invoices with shipment records and quotation to ensure accuracy and completeness of billing information.
Identify and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with the operations and finance teams.
Communicate with customers to clarify and resolve any billing issues or disputes.
Maintain organized and up-to-date billing records and documentation.
Assist in the preparation of billing reports for customers
