Qualifications:
- Must have hands on experience using a comprehensive business application, such as P21 or other equivalent, specific to sales order processing, invoice processing and management of accounts receivable.
- Ideal candidate will have the equivalent of a high school degree and has completed at least two high school or college courses in accounting.
- Must have innate ability to work quick and accurately and follow instructions.
- Must be neat, organized and have diligent work habits.
- Must have well developed interpersonal skills, with the capability of adapting successfully to individuals of differing talent, aptitude, work pace and personality.
- Must have direct experience with a Microsoft Windows-based operating environment, with required experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must be a good communicator, possess professional telephone skills and have a courteous disposition.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Responsible for prompt assignment and completion of invoicing and working in tandem with other internal applications;
- Responsible for customer contact and resolving billing issues for smaller or less detailed accounts.
- Responsible for organizing and scheduling recurring billing assignments.
- Reviews billings for accuracy and completeness.
- Provide support to sales department, customer service, program management as is needed relative to billing and other customer issues.
- Develop working knowledge of billing procedures dedicated to other(s) in the Billing Department.
- Miscellaneous Minor Accounts – Printing of invoices.
- Other office duties as deemed appropriate from time to time.
