Job Summary<\/b>

We are looking for motivated and detail\-oriented engineering\nprofessionals to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible\nfor delivering high\-quality engineering drawings, 3d models, and documentation\nsupport based on their respective engineering discipline (Architectural /\nStructural / MEP / Mechanical) ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to\nindustry standards.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/p>
Develop and maintain VDC / BIM models based on the assigned\ndiscipline (Architectural / Structural / MEP / Mechanical)<\/i>
<\/p>
Prepare shop drawings, construction drawings, and detailed\nproject documentation
<\/p>
Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks to\nensure conflict\-free designs
<\/p>
Handle mechanical , CAD/CAM modelling activities (for\nMechanical roles, where applicable)
<\/p>
Prepare and review façade shop drawings (curtain walls,\nglazing, cladding, doors & windows, etc.)<\/i> (for façade\-related roles,\nwhere applicable)
<\/p>
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure\nsmooth workflow and timely project delivery
<\/p>
Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with project\nspecifications and industry standards
<\/p>
Maintain proper documentation, revisions, and version\ncontrol throughout the project lifecycle
<\/p>
Work efficiently under tight deadlines while managing\nmultiple priorities
<\/p>

Requirements<\/h3>
Skills & Qualifications<\/b>
<\/p>
Diploma or Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering (Mechanical /\nCivil / Electrical / Architecture)
<\/p>
Proficiency in relevant modelling tools such as:
<\/p>
AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks (for BIM roles)
<\/p>
SolidWorks, Solid Edge, Autodesk Inventor, Creo (for\nMechanical roles)
<\/p>
Experience in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, MEP,\nStructural Precast detailing /Steel detailing, Façade / Curtainwall detailing\nprojects is preferred
<\/p>
Good understanding of engineering drawings standards , BIM\nworkflows and Level of Development (LOD 300\u2013400)
<\/p>
Strong knowledge of engineering principles, design\nstandards, and industry practices
<\/p>
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability\nto work in a team environment
<\/p>
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and\nmeet tight project deadlines
<\/p>
Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills
