Job Overview:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

We are\nlooking for a proactive and skilled BIM Implementation Specialist<\/b> to\nlead the development and execution of BIM strategies across projects. The ideal\ncandidate will bring expertise in BIM tools, standards, and coordination\npractices to ensure effective collaboration and model management throughout the\nproject lifecycle.<\/span><\/span>

Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

  • Develop and manage BIM\n Execution Plans (BEP/BXP)<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Implement and enforce BIM\n workflows and company\-wide standards<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Facilitate coordination\n meetings and conduct model walkthroughs<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Perform clash detection and\n lead issue resolution strategies<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Ensure alignment with ISO\n 19650 / PAS 1192 and other relevant BIM standards<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Provide technical guidance\n and support to project teams on BIM best practices<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Meeting facilitation and\n stakeholder communication<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li><\/ul>

    • BIM 360 / Autodesk\n Construction Cloud (ACC)<\/span><\/span>
