BIM Lead

Join Our Team – BIM Lead

We are seeking an experienced and proactive BIM Lead to drive BIM implementation and coordination across our projects. This role is ideal for a BIM professional with strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality digital construction solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) for assigned projects
• Lead and manage the BIM team to ensure project deliverables and requirements are achieved
• Coordinate BIM models across Architectural, Civil, Structural, and MEP disciplines
• Perform clash detection and model coordination using BIM software tools
• Ensure all BIM deliverables comply with project specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements
• Manage the BIM data environment, including model updates, version control, and data-sharing protocols
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and follow up on action items
• Liaise with project managers, consultants, clients, and subcontractors on BIM-related matters
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to project teams on BIM tools, standards, and workflows
• Monitor BIM progress and prepare regular reports for project management
• Support construction planning, sequencing, and project documentation through BIM models
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5–8 years of BIM experience, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
• Proven experience in BIM coordination and clash detection
• Familiarity with BIM standards, guidelines, and industry best practices
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple BIM disciplines and project requirements simultaneously

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Alternate Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
