BIM Manager[Central/Construction company/Polytechnic Diploma in Architecture/Assist in BIM Management and set up BIM execution plan]

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in BIM management, including the development and implementation of the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Attend BIM coordination meetings with clients and consultants.
• Review and analyze clash detection reports, and prepare presentations for coordination purposes.
• Coordinate and manage BIM deliverables to ensure successful project completion and handover to clients.
• Collaborate with Architectural, Structural, and M&E teams to develop and integrate BIM models and drawings.
• Establish and manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) to ensure seamless data access for both office and site teams, in line with tender requirements.
• Enforce the use of BIM models for shop drawing extraction among main contractors and subcontractors, ensuring consistency between 2D and 3D drawings.
• Develop templates for Asset Information Models (AIM) to support facility maintenance and future BIM tender requirements.
• Provide support during tender stages, particularly in defining BIM scope and requirements.
• Participate in technical meetings as required to support project coordination and execution.
