BIM Modeller cum AutoCAD Drafter

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, update, and maintain BIM models and AutoCAD drawings according to project requirements.

• Produce detailed shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings.

• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, maincontractors, and project teams to resolve drawing discrepancies.

• Review and check drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project specifications.

• Prepare and update documentation and other project-related paperwork.

• Respond to project emails and maintain proper documentation records.

• Assist in drawing submissions and revisions based on consultant or client comments.

• Ensure all drawings and models comply with company standards and project requirements.

• Attend coordination meetings when required.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM software such as Revit.

• Good understanding of construction drawings and technical detailing.

• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Minimum relevant working experience preferred.

• Knowledge of safety documentation and construction procedures is an advantage.
