BIM MODELLER / DRAFTER (ACMV & SYSTEMS DRAFTERFIRE PROTECTION)

1. To prepare BIM Model (3D in Revit MEP) & Shop Drawings (2D in AutoCAD) for Submission as per schedule. (Fire Protection & ACMV)

2. Update BIM Model according to latest information provided and ensure accuracy of Shop Drawings.

3. Work closely with Project Teams on drawing amendments & updates.

4. Attend BIM Coordination meeting.

5. Any other related tasks as assigned by Project Manager / Director.

Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years working experience in Singapore (Mechanical Building Services: FIRE & ACMV

2. Priority for knowledge of Singapore Standards (CP52, CP10, SS575 & etc.)

3. Good skill in using Revit MEP, AutoCAD & Navisworks Manage.

4. Able to work in a Team, as well as independently and responsibly.

5. Flexible & easily adapt to learn.

6. Able to work under pressure.
