We are seeking a proactive team member to support our Marketing department by coordinating with the field force when needed and managing the internal compliance tool (P3).

As a Bio & Hospitals Marketing Trainee you will monitor and document ongoing activities to ensure alignment with company objectives and timelines, as well as overseeing internal processes to maintain compliance with corporate policies.

Your Functions Will Include

  • Supporting the Marketing team, liaising with the fieldforce when required.

  • Management and control of the internal compliance (P3) tool

  • Monitoring and documenting ongoing activities, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and timelines.

  • Monitoring internal processes, ensuring compliance with corporate policies.

  • Project Tracking and Support: compliance, budget, administration, coordination of events.

What You'll Bring To The Role
MUST HAVE: University degree in Science.

  • Currently studying a degree or master's degree in a Pharma-related field with the possibility of generating an internship agreement (12 months) with your university.

  • Fluent English and Spanish are a must.

  • Highly valuable: project management

  • Capacity to work in highly complex environments.

  • We are looking for a person with a high learning agility, planning and autonomy

What You'll Receive

  • Flexible Schedule: from Monday to Thursday from 8:00-9:30 to 17:30-19:00, on Fridays from 8:00-9:30 to 14:00-15:30.

  • Summer Schedule during the months of July and August (from Monday to Friday from 8:00-9:30 to 14:00-15:30)
