Job Title: Blender Operator-MDM (MSC)

Job Description: This position is responsible for operating the MDM Blender.

Job Synopsis: Fill the blender with between 2100 & 2400 lbs of deboned meat. Then add one bag of cure and two bags of salt. Then blend for eight minutes prior to unloading. This position is responsible for recording the ingredients used in each batch.
