Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Set up, configure, and commission BMS equipment, including controllers, sensors, actuators etc.

• Conduct testing and ensure system functionality aligns with design specifications.

• Customize and optimize BMS programs to meet specific operational needs.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in the BMS, including software, hardware, and integration problems.

• Provide technical support for ongoing maintenance.

• Continuously monitor the performance of HVAC, lighting, and other building systems

• Prepare detailed system documentation, including design layouts, wiring diagrams, and configuration files.

• Maintain logs of maintenance activities, system performance reports, and project timelines.

• Manage BMS projects from concept through to completion, ensuring within time and budget.

• Develop project schedules, define project scope, allocate resources, and set milestones.

• Monitor project progress and report on status, addressing potential issues or delays.

• Manage and oversee BMS projects in construction and M&E sectors from planning to execution.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.

• Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of BMS systems on construction sites.

• Ensure compliance with M&E standards, construction safety regulations, and project specifications.

• Provide technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and conduct system handovers.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with BMS systems

• Experience in building automation, HVAC, lighting controls, or energy management is a plus.
