Villa Restaurant Group is hiring a Back of House Kitchen Supervisor for the exciting opening of 4 Rivers Smokehouse at Orlando International Airport (MCO). If you're a motivated kitchen leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coaching teams while delivering exceptional food quality, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and motivate the Back of House team during daily operations.

  • Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.

  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, inventory, ordering, and food cost controls.

  • Train, coach, and develop kitchen team members while fostering a positive team environment.

  • Monitor food safety, sanitation, and health department standards.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen at all times.

  • Partner with restaurant management to achieve operational and financial goals.

  • Jump in and work alongside the team during busy periods to ensure smooth service.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant kitchen.

  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

  • Ability to lead by example and build a positive, high-performing team.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

  • Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Airport experience is a plus but not required.
