· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Process payroll\nand prepare payroll tax reports <\/span><\/span><\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Balance and\nmaintain accurate ledgers<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Match purchase\norders with invoices<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate bank\ndeposits and report financial results on a regular basis to management<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Tally and enter\ncash receipts<\/span><\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Pay vendor\ninvoices<\/span><\/span>

QUALIFICATIONS:<\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span><\/b>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Bachelor\u2019s Degree\nin Accounting or related field.<\/span><\/span>
<\/b><\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Two years\u2019\nexperience working in accounts payable, payroll and payroll reports<\/span><\/span>
<\/b><\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Extensive\nexperience with data entry, record keeping and computer operation<\/span><\/span>
<\/b><\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Proficiency in\nMicrosoft Office, Excel<\/span><\/span>
<\/b><\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience in\nservices related to payroll such as writing checks and submitting payroll taxes<\/span><\/span>
