About the Role
Di Rezze Family Office is a private investment platform backing exceptional businesses across public and private markets, alongside a multi-entity healthcare platform. We're seeking an experienced Bookkeeper / Senior Staff Accountant to serve as the internal financial backbone across all entities: a high-trust, high-ownership role working closely with the principal team, our tax CPA, outside counsel, and operations leads.
What You'll Own
-
Full-cycle bookkeeping across all entities on a shared platform, coded accurately by entity; monthly bank and card reconciliations to zero before any reporting or disbursements
-
AP, intercompany transfers, loans, distributions, and eliminations
-
Investment and alternative-asset activity capital calls, distributions, and wire/ACH credits requiring description-level classification; audit-ready records for custodied and held-away positions
-
Construction draw and pay-application tracking against the schedule of values
-
End-to-end payroll via Paychex setup, cycles, employee records, discrepancies
-
Reporting: weekly cash position ahead of principal meetings, month-to-date spend by entity with anomalies flagged, monthly close package, and quarter-end CPA support
What We're Looking For
-
5+ years bookkeeping or staff accounting, ideally family office or multi-entity LLC
-
Strong multi-entity and intercompany mechanics
-
Expert Excel: pivot tables, multi-tab reconciliation, platform exports
-
Comfort classifying messy, real-world transaction data
-
Paychex experience, owned end-to-end
-
Meticulous, deadline-driven, discreet
-
Familiar with investment accounting specialist
-
Should be a Certified Public Accountant
-
Prior experience at a Big 4 or large regional accounting firm
- Family office experience or wealth management experience required
Preferred
-
Basic investment accounting (capital calls, K-1 timing, waterfalls)
-
Construction draw / AIA pay-application tracking
-
Accounting or Finance degree; CB/CPB a plus, not required
The Environment
High pace, varied entities, clear expectations: clean books, on-time reports, numbers the principals can trust. Role is subject to a confidentiality agreement. No task too complex, no detail too small.
How to Apply
Submit a resume and a brief overview of the multi-entity or family office environments you've supported. Demonstrated Paychex and investment-activity bookkeeping strongly encouraged.
Di Rezze Family Office is an equal opportunity employer. All applications handled in strict confidence.
