Boutique Operations Manager
About the role:
Boutique Operations Manager plays an important role in inspiring and managing the boutique team to achieve the mission of the brand, and is the primary driver of effective day-to-day operations in the boutique to reach service destination as planned. He/she will support the boutique team to reinforce, communicate and execute back of house deliverables to ensure luxury retail leadership and to accomplish operational excellence goal.

Upholding of Brand Image through robust Boutique SOP
Drive boutique SOPs including general & VM Housekeeping, boutique maintenance, staff grooming, asset protection, occupational health & safety, and others to achieve business objectives.
Ensures that boutique SOPs are followed and implemented, emphasizing where relevant to the teams the importance of compliance to internal standards & external regulations in upholding the brand image.
Work with stakeholders in formulating and updating boutique SOPs that are pragmatic and applicable for day-to-day operations.
Effective Leadership and Management of Boutique Operations
Leads Stock team, After Sales Service team, Boutique Assistants, Alteration (where applicable) and Cashiers to ensure all operational procedures regarding sales, discounts, transfers, stock adjustments, after-sales service and all other policies are followed.
Manage team roster, vendor relationship and other boutique procurement matters.
Ensure the team accurately completes daily sales and appropriate paperwork.
Address all day-to-day operational issues promptly.
Operations Improvements and Project Management
Build the culture of operations excellence, optimization, and improvement in the boutique.
Devote time with relevant stakeholders on emerging and improvement topics including the operational best practices.
Lead boutique level projects to elevate operational efficiency, client and employee experience and work closely with the office team to implement projects and tools at the boutique level.

What you will bring
Minimum 5 years of retail operation experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or team management role, leading teams of many people.
Background in luxury fashion is highly preferred. Candidates with other relevant retail management and retail operation experiences are welcome to apply.
Strong business acumen and analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable plans.
Demonstrated strength in people development, with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and building high-performing teams.
Good understanding of boutique/store operations, with the ability to manage day-to-day activities effectively with high level of leadership and problem-solving skill
Strong communication skills both in Thai and English
