Role Overview

We are looking for a BPO Executive (Recruitment Outsourcing) to be embedded directly with one of our international clients. This role will function as a dedicated Recruitment Executive/Recruiter, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, liaising with hiring managers, and representing VIZX Global’s standards of excellence while serving within the client’s structure.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced global environment, understands recruitment KPIs, and can manage stakeholders professionally and confidently.


Key Responsibilities

International Recruitment Support

  • Execute full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and candidate follow-up.
  • Work with Applicant Tracking Systems and job boards used by the client (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.).
  • Maintain structured pipelines and ensure timely updates to both VIZX and client teams.


Client Partnership

  • Function as an extended member of the client’s internal recruitment team.
  • Attend client check-in calls, respond to staffing needs promptly, and build trust through proactive communication.
  • Understand client culture and hiring priorities to deliver aligned talent profiles.


Performance & Reporting

  • Track recruitment metrics such as submissions, interviews, offers, and placements.
  • Maintain daily/weekly reports as per agreed KPIs.
  • Share insights and recommend process improvements.


Market Awareness & Quality Delivery

  • Stay updated on recruitment trends in the client’s market (healthcare, tech, back-office, etc. depending on assignment).
  • Ensure an excellent candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment journey.


Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in recruitment, preferably in a BPO, RPO, or staffing agency setting.
  • Experience working with international recruitment operations (USA, Canada, UK, or Europe markets preferred).
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken), professional email etiquette, and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with CRM/ATS platforms and online recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work in US or EU-aligned time zones when required.
  • Strong ownership mindset—able to work independently while reporting within structured KPI frameworks.


Nice to Have

  • Previous exposure in healthcare, tech staffing, or professional services recruitment.
  • Experience supporting large-volume recruitment or shift-based hiring.
  • Familiarity with SaaS recruitment tools such as RingCentral, Outreach, JobDiva, or similar.
