1. College Visits & Orientation\-

○ Identify and shortlist colleges across (Chennai & Coimbatore) for periodic visits

○ Conduct orientation sessions to create awareness about professional courses offered.
<\/div>
<\/div>
○ Maintain a structured visit schedule ensuring regular coverage across districts.
<\/div>
<\/div>
○ Track student interest and collect leads during campus visits.
<\/div>
<\/div>
○ Prepare visit reports and update the lead database after each visit.
<\/div>

2. Exam Centre Activities\-
<\/div>
<\/div>
○ Coordinate exam centre promotion activities during active exam periods.
<\/div>
<\/div>
○ Liaise with empanelled agencies in (Chennai & Coimbatore) for on\-ground execution.
<\/div>
<\/div>
○ Ensure timely distribution of promotional materials at exam centres.
<\/div>
<\/div>
<\/div>
<\/div>
3. Event Coordination\-
<\/div>
<\/div>
○ Coordinate and support events conducted across \- Chennai & Coimbatore (seminars, career
<\/div>
<\/div>
fairs, awareness drives, felicitation etc.)
<\/div>
<\/div>
○ Liaise with vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders for smooth execution.
<\/div>
<\/div>
○ Manage logistics including material dispatch, manpower, and setup.
<\/div>
<\/div>
○ Ensure brand visibility and proper representation at all events.
<\/div>
<\/div>
○ Post\-event reporting \- attendance, leads generated, feedback.
<\/div>

4. Offline Marketing\-
<\/div>
<\/div>
○ Coordinate all offline marketing activities across \- Chennai & Coimbatore (hoardings,
<\/div>
<\/div>
pamphlets, banners, kiosks, etc.)
<\/div>
<\/div>
○ Work with vendors/agencies for timely installation and material distribution
<\/div>
<\/div>
○ Track and report on marketing coverage and effectiveness
<\/div>
<\/div>
○ Identify new offline marketing opportunities in untapped locations/districts
