What You'll Do
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing sales, installation, and administrative team
- Drive branch growth, profitability, and operational performance
- Create accountability through clear goals, expectations, and follow-through
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through installation
- Lead change, solve problems, and continuously improve processes
- Collaborate with regional leadership to execute business strategies and growth initiatives
- Monitor key business metrics and implement action plans to achieve results
- Ensure operational excellence, safety compliance, and inventory controls
- Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement

Qualifications
- Experience leading a branch, business unit, or multi-functional team
- Strong business, operational, and people leadership experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements
- International travel is required. Employees must maintain valid government-issued identification for travel purposes (e.g., Real ID or passport).
