What You'll Do

  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing sales, installation, and administrative team
  • Drive branch growth, profitability, and operational performance
  • Create accountability through clear goals, expectations, and follow-through
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through installation
  • Lead change, solve problems, and continuously improve processes
  • Collaborate with regional leadership to execute business strategies and growth initiatives
  • Monitor key business metrics and implement action plans to achieve results
  • Ensure operational excellence, safety compliance, and inventory controls
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Experience leading a branch, business unit, or multi-functional team
  • Strong business, operational, and people leadership experience
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements
  • International travel is required. Employees must maintain valid government-issued identification for travel purposes (e.g., Real ID or passport).
