Basic Salary: SGD 5,000

Total Monthly Earnings: Can reach SGD 8,000 to SGD 10,000 based on individual performance, team results and outlet sales

Key Responsibilities

1. Outlet Operations & Team Management

Oversee the daily operations of the Westgate outlet to ensure smooth and efficient workflow

Lead, supervise and motivate the front desk and service team to achieve operational and sales targets

Manage staff scheduling, attendance, discipline and daily work performance

Ensure service standards, staff grooming and outlet presentation are maintained at all times

2. Sales & Business Performance

Drive outlet sales performance through team leadership, service quality and customer retention

Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and take follow-up action where needed

Support team members in promoting suitable services, packages and retail products to customers

Work closely with management to improve productivity, conversion rate and overall outlet performance

3. Customer Service & Client Relationship

Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues professionally and promptly

Ensure customers enjoy a positive and consistent experience from enquiry to treatment completion

Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits and package renewals

Support VIP customer handling and key service recovery when needed

4. Administration & System Control

Prepare and review daily reports, sales summaries and staff performance updates

Ensure proper use of salon systems such as BeauteSoft for appointments, billing and customer records

Monitor package usage, customer data accuracy, stock coordination and basic outlet administration

Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational standards

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in the beauty, wellness or retail industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role

Strong leadership, communication and team management skills

Sales-driven, responsible and able to manage outlet targets independently

Familiar with salon operations, customer service handling and staff coordination

Experience in BeauteSoft will be an advantage

Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays

Mature, organised and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

岗位职责

1. 门店营运与团队管理

负责 Westgate 分店的日常运营，确保门店流程顺畅、高效运作

带领、监督及激励前台和服务团队，达成营运及销售目标

安排员工排班、考勤、纪律及日常工作表现管理

确保服务标准、员工仪容及门店形象始终维持在良好水平

2. 销售与业绩管理

通过团队管理、服务质量及客户维护推动门店业绩增长

跟进每日、每周及每月销售目标，并及时作出调整和改善

带领团队向客户推荐合适的疗程、配套及零售产品

配合公司管理层提升生产力、成交率及整体门店表现

3. 客户服务与关系维护

专业、及时地处理客户反馈、投诉及服务问题

确保客户从咨询、预约到完成疗程都拥有良好且一致的体验

维护客户关系，提升回头率及配套续购率

必要时协助处理 VIP 客户接待及服务补救工作

4. 行政与系统管理

准备及审核每日营业报表、销售汇总及员工表现记录

确保团队正确使用 BeauteSoft 系统处理预约、账单及客户资料

跟进配套使用情况、客户资料准确性、库存协调及基础行政事务

确保门店符合公司流程及营运标准

职位要求

至少 3 年美容、美体、零售或相关行业经验，其中至少 1 年主管或经理经验

具备良好的领导能力、沟通能力及团队管理能力

有销售目标意识，能独立带领门店达成业绩要求

熟悉美容门店运营、客户服务处理及员工协调工作

能接受零售工作时间，包括周末及公共假期

做事成熟、有条理，能在快节奏环境下承受压力并解决问题
