Branch Manager
Kiztopia is a successful start-up and the biggest indoor children playground in Singapore! We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our indoor playgrounds in Singapore. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing the outlet's daily activities, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a team of employees. This role requires strong leadership skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to achieve business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and monitor the team to drive performance for the outlet and ensure successful execution of daily tasks.
- Manage customer experience and expectations; directly attend to and resolve customer problems, complaints, and service requests.
- Network with clients and customers to enhance the branch's reputation, synthesizing feedback into actionable insights for the wider management team.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the team to meet company expectations for quality, service, and sales by providing regular, constructive feedback.
- Identify operational areas for improvement, proposing corrective actions and collaborating with Area/Operations Manager to refine overall processes.
- Oversee staff performance, shift schedules, and training pipelines for all full-time and part-time employees.
- Design safety and cleanliness standards for the playground, conducting regular maintenance checks to ensure a secure environment.
- Manage inventory and asset controls to reduce waste and maintain strict expense control.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in business administration.
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service-focused industry, preferably in family entertainment, retail, or childcare, with supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
- Experienced with preschool education and/or children-enrichment is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Able to work independently and effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work as a team and share best practice with colleagues.
Qualifications Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in business administration.
