Branch Manager (Full-Time)

Location: Paragon Shopping Centre, Orchard Road

Shugar Prestige is hiring an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our Paragon outlet and oversee daily operations, team performance, sales growth, and customer service standards in a premium beauty environment.

Salary

• Basic Salary: SGD 4,000
• Total Monthly Earnings: Up to SGD 6,000–8,000

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily outlet operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Lead, train, and motivate the team to achieve sales and service targets
• Monitor staff performance, scheduling, and service standards
• Handle customer feedback and maintain a high-quality client experience
• Ensure proper use of BeauteSoft for appointments, billing, and customer records
• Prepare daily sales and operational reports

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in beauty, wellness, retail, or related industry
• At least 1 year of management or supervisory experience
• Strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills
• Familiar with BeauteSoft is an advantage
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
