The Brand + Content Lead owns how Wadhwani Foundation shows\nup across programs, geographies, and audiences. You will set the brand voice,\ndrive content strategy, and ensure that everything we publish reflects a\nconsistent, high\-quality narrative.<\/span> WHAT YOU WILL\nDO<\/span><\/b> Brand<\/span><\/b> \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Own and evolve the WF brand\nguidelines, tone of voice, and messaging architecture across all programs<\/span> \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Serve as the internal brand\ncustodian \u2014 reviewing and approving content before it goes out<\/span> \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Partner with external creative\nvendors to maintain quality and brand consistency across design, video, and\ndigital<\/span> Content Strategy<\/span><\/b> \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Build and manage the content\ncalendar across programs and channels<\/span> \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop flagship content assets\n\u2014 thought leadership, case studies, impact reports, program narratives<\/span> \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Translate complex program\noutcomes into compelling stories for donors, partners, and beneficiaries<\/span> \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Brief and manage freelance\nwriters, editors, and content agencies<\/span> Stakeholder Collaboration<\/span><\/b> \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Work with program teams across\nthe foundation to surface stories and build program\-specific content<\/span> \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Support leadership\ncommunications, including speeches, op\-eds, and executive visibility content<\/span> WHAT WE ARE\nLOOKING FOR<\/span><\/b> \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>10+ years in brand, content, or\ncommunications roles \u2014 agency or corporate<\/span> \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Proven ability to build and\nmanage a brand voice across multiple product lines or programs<\/span> \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong writing skills with a\nportfolio that demonstrates range \u2014 from long\-form to social to executive\ncommunication<\/span> \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience managing external\ncreative partners and vendors<\/span> \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Comfortable working in a lean\nteam with high ownership and limited hand\-holding<\/span> \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Exposure to international or\nmulti\-market communications is a plus<\/span> <\/span> <\/span>
