Brand and Motion Designer
You will shape the brand identity and deliver marketing collateral and motion content. You will design brand identity, create marketing collateral, web assets, and short form motion videos. You will evolve the brand system including typography color layout and iconography and build artifacts rather than guideline decks. You will collaborate cross functionally on enablement materials campaigns and launches using an AI augmented workflow to raise the design bar.
Responsibilities
- Design marketing collateral that actually moves deals including sales decks, RFP responses, 1-pagers, factsheets, landing pages, event assets, and social cards.
- Partner on the Phase 1 website redesign, owning visual direction layouts and component level craft alongside the broader team.
- Build and evolve the brand system including typography color layout iconography and the visual register of the voice through artifacts rather than guideline decks.
- Produce short form motion and video assets such as product explainers social cuts conference loops animated stat callouts and kinetic typography.
- Help raise the design bar across the organization by contributing to templates components and reusable artifacts so the broader team can produce strong work.
- Use an AI design stack as leverage in day to day work.
- Work cross functionally on the visual layer of enablement materials campaigns and launches.
Requirements
- Strong fundamentals in typography layout visual hierarchy color and systems thinking
- Experience delivering brand identity marketing collateral and web assets
- Motion or video work portfolio with short form cuts animated explainers kinetic typography and product walkthroughs
- Comfort with an AI augmented workflow
- Ability to work remotely across time zones
- Love of design and continuous learning
- Experience designing for a B2B audience or technical product in fintech compliance infrastructure or developer tools
- A point of view on how brand and content work together as a single system
- Experience building or working in a design system from zero
